Sorting - Sort-Of

I like the Outlook app. It easy to use, set up, relatively user friendly. One thing I would like to see (or I havent figured it out) is the ability to sort the messages by other fields instead of just date.

Also, I would like the ability to not have the signature added on replies & forwards.
