Alerts and notifications

I like the overall functionality of the app but I would like to be able to change the tone of my email alert to a tone on my iphone(one Ive downloaded)
Also I dont get notifications for mail I get when I created a rule to add to a sub folder.
Fix this and Ill be 5star happy!
