Original support case submitted through Outlook 365 on my iPad:
I have all of the correct advance settings in trying to set up outlook (Office 365) on my iPad and iPhone. It simply wont connect to my ********@***.com email account. Its set up correctly on my PC. Please help me resolve this problem.

Thanks for contacting Outlook app support.
From the information submitted with this help ticket, it looks as though the SSL cert was invalid for the given IMAP server and you will need to get in contact with your email admin for this issue.
If you need any further assistance after speaking with them , please let me know.

How can it be invalid if I use the identical SSL settings (Office/Outlook 365) on my PC to log into the same IMAP server?
NO ANSWER FROM OUTLOOK 365 SUPPORT!
