Microsoft Outlook App Reviews

I have multiple iOS devices and Outlook works smoothly. I can STILL use the stock mail app and go back and forth to Outlook so you arent restricted to one email app. I only mention this to give you the confidence to try Outlook.

"Unable to load"on Today pull down widget. Persistent issue requiring resetting accounts in settings - frequently.

New update today......and now it wont even open.

Love how it pulls up emails from those in my Contacts list!

Absolutely loved this app... until the last update. Its now having issues loading emails, searching using "to:" / "from:" / etc. Im having to bounce between this and Apples Mail App currently. Hope to see future updates fix these issues so I can keep using it exclusively.

I reviewed this app 9 months ago and still no resolution for something so fundamental. Heres my review again: "I have contacted support and they have told me this ‘bug’ will be ironed out, but several updates later and it’s still not happening. It’s a simple bug to fix but incredibly annoying. I have two accounts – work (Google apps) and personal (Gmail). I have all notifications turned OFF for my work account – I don’t want to know about work emails outside of work hours. No alerts, no sounds, no badge apps. But for some reason the app shows a badge indicating there’s a work email there waiting for me to read. I dont want to see it. Frustrating. Why can’t this be fixed! Tried everything else – refreshing, deleting & re-adding account. No solution. I am just waiting for Inbox app by Google to allow access to Google Apps accounts. Unless you can solve this before then, Outlook will be deleted." <---- Looks like Google made this change on August 15.

I use this email for my college. I love that they divide important and not-so-important Mail in different folders.

I have been using IOS outlook for a while now. As a Mac enthusiast in a Microsoft world, having native Outlook on all of my devices is quite a convenience. I especially like the new Clutter functionality. And it now works with the version 10 of IOS!

Does the job and integrates with the web-based outlook fairly well.

After the latest update I started getting double notifications. Only one email but two notifications. Please fix. On another note, why are there so many updates for this and other MS Apps? Seems excessive.

I love this app and use it for all my email accounts...tried many other apps but nothing beats this in overall functionality.

Initially this app showed promise but it has rapidly been delegated into the dustbin. My latest problem is that I cant access mail because it tries to force me to login to a one drive account that I do not have. I dont have one drive because I dont want one drive. All these big companies like Microsoft who feel that force and manipulation is a reasonable design feature of software can kiss my big white butt. You arent the only option out there. Ctrl Alt Del

Conversation with Support: Original support case submitted through Outlook 365 on my iPad: I have all of the correct advance settings in trying to set up outlook (Office 365) on my iPad and iPhone. It simply wont connect to my ********@***.com email account. Its set up correctly on my PC. Please help me resolve this problem. Hi Charles, Thanks for contacting Outlook app support. From the information submitted with this help ticket, it looks as though the SSL cert was invalid for the given IMAP server and you will need to get in contact with your email admin for this issue. If you need any further assistance after speaking with them , please let me know. I replied: How can it be invalid if I use the identical SSL settings (Office/Outlook 365) on my PC to log into the same IMAP server? NO ANSWER FROM OUTLOOK 365 SUPPORT!

Not an effective tool when you need organization on the go!

Flawlessly does what we wish Apple Mail would do. It works and without having to pull anything down it just works automatically!

Ever since the last update, email notifications are duplicated and the number of unread emails changes from 9 to 32. Had no issues prior. Please fix!!! Update... STILL NOT FIXED EVEN AFTER LATEST UPDATE!!!

Crashes so often that not able to complete one reply. Removing this bad app.
